Our policy is valid for 30 days after the purchase. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you, when your return is received. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 60 days.
You can also return opened product if you are not satisfied with the quality. Please send us an email at email@example.com explaining the reason for the return of the product you were not happy with.
To return the product, mail it back to the address from which you received it. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
